Over the past 25 years, White & Co. has established itself as the premier dental and aesthetics clinic in London. With more locations on the way, they wanted to build momentum on social from the ground up. We helped them revamp their social from top to bottom.
Organic as a Foundation
White & Co. had a presence on social media but wasn't seeing the results they knew they could achieve. We started our efforts building their brand's presence on social by focusing on their organic Instagram presence. This involved using their existing brand guidelines to generate a set of social best practices for the clinics, developing a process for producing content to achieve a strong posting frequency, and finding a firm balance between luxury and accessibility in their style.
Later in the process we added paid media and influencer strategy to the overall digital marketing plan. The foundation, however, was a strong organic approach: building a community of active patients interested in the services that White & Co. provides and the vision to which they aspire.
